Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the products shall take place at the address specified by you on, or as close as possible to the date specified by us. You shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If we are unable to deliver the products because of actions or circumstances under your control, then we are entitled to place the products in storage until such time as delivery may be affected at your cost.

We will endeavour to dispatch the product/s within three (3) working days of receiving payment in full, however, if we are unable to deliver the products due to delay or failure resulting from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control then, we will not be held liable.

Shipping is charged separately and by placing an order, you agree to pay the stated shipping fees for the order.
Any damages or duplicated orders should be reported to us within seven (7) days of signed receipt to enable replacement or refund.  ALL returns are subject to our returns policy.

The Collect from a participating branch option is strictly subject to stock availability within that specific store. Please contact online sales on (+27) 67 742 6361 or email onlinesales@securitysuperstore.co.za to inquire whether or not your nearest store is a participating collection store before you place your order.
