Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods strictly are exempt from being returned, namely:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a reason for the return. Should you wish to return the purchased item as a result of a “cooling-off” period or because you no longer want the other lawful requests, we reserve the right to levy a 10% handling fee before processing your refund/credit. In addition, all returns must be authorised by a representative of Security Superstore.
Any item returned and not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is ineligible for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is ineligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Should you wish your refund be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, a 10% handling fee will be levied. All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can only be exchanged if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Unit 12 Calypso Centre, Lira Link, Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, 3900, South Africa.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a voucher will be emailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit 12 Calypso Centre, Lira Link, Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, 3900, South Africa. Should you wish that we arrange the collection of your product for return, you will be liable for those costs, and you will be refunded accordingly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and risk for returning your item. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the product reaches us without damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
